Todd Fredrickson

Todd Fredrickson is a partner in the Denver office of Fisher Phillips, and serves as Chair of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusiveness Committee.

Todd represents employers in employment matters including wrongful termination; retaliation; sexual harassment; sex, age, and race discrimination and wage and hour claims.

He tries employment cases before juries, judges and arbitrators under Title VII, as well as ADA, FMLA and other national employment acts.
